SMS Privacy Policy

Address CRM Messaging Program · Effective August 8, 2026

This covers the text messaging program operated by MimiJohn LLC, 23000 Windom St, West Hills, CA 91307, which provides the Address customer relationship manager at address.cc.

Information We Collect

For account notifications: the mobile number an Address user gives us to send their own reminders to, and their preference for whether to receive them at all.

For follow-up messages: the name and contact details a person gave to the Address user they were speaking with, along with a record of when permission to text was given.

How We Use It

Only to deliver the messages described in our SMS Terms of Service: reminders to a user about their own schedule, and individual follow-up messages a user sends to somebody who asked to hear from them. Nothing else.

Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Information Sharing

Messages are delivered through Twilio, our messaging provider, which receives only the number and the message text needed to deliver it. We do not sell personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

Where an Address user sends you something as part of a transaction you have asked for, that user may pass your details to the company they represent in order to complete what you requested. That sharing is done by them, with your knowledge, as part of the service you asked for.

Security

Contact information is held on secured, access-controlled systems. Where a user stores payment details to key into another provider's system, those are encrypted, the security code is never collected at all, and the full number can be erased once used, leaving only the last four digits.

Opting Out and Deletion

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them immediately. To ask what is held about you or to have it deleted, email john@address.cc or contact the person who has been messaging you directly.

This policy may be updated; the effective date above reflects the current version.
