Address CRM Messaging Program · Effective August 8, 2026

This messaging program is operated by MimiJohn LLC, 23000 Windom St, West Hills, CA 91307 ("we", "us"), which provides the Address customer relationship manager at address.cc.

1. Program Description

The program sends two kinds of message, and no others.

Account notifications go to people who use Address. These are reminders about their own work — an appointment starting shortly, a summary of the day's follow-ups. A user turns these on for themselves inside the app and can turn them off the same way.

Follow-up messages are sent by an Address user to a person who has asked that user for information and agreed to be texted about it. These are individual and conversational: answers to a question, requested pricing or documents, an appointment confirmation. The Address user is the sender and holds the consent; we provide the software that delivers it.

2. Consent

Nobody is added to this program without agreeing. Account notifications are switched on by the account holder for their own number. Follow-up messages are sent only where the recipient asked for information and gave permission to be texted — see our opt-in process for how that permission is collected and recorded. Consent is never a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Frequency varies. Account notifications depend on how much is scheduled — typically a few a day at most, and none on a quiet day. Follow-up messages are conversational and depend on the exchange. This is not a recurring broadcast or a marketing list.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. We do not charge for messages; your carrier's standard rates apply.

5. Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one final confirmation, after which nothing further is sent. Reply START at any time to resume.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message, or email john@address.cc.

7. Privacy

Phone numbers and contact details are used only to deliver the messages described above. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent records are never shared or sold. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the effective date above reflects the current version.
