Terms of Service
Address CRM · Effective August 8, 2026
Address is operated by MimiJohn LLC, 23000 Windom St, West Hills, CA 91307 ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If something here is unclear, email john@address.cc and ask — a real person reads it.
1. What Address is
Address is a customer relationship manager: a place to keep contacts, track follow-ups, send email and text messages, share documents as web pages, and see when those pages are opened. You use it to run your own business. We do not sell anything to your contacts and we do not contact them ourselves.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for anything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 18 and use Address for lawful purposes.
An account may have several users. The account admin controls who is invited, what they can see, and who can view stored payment details.
3. Price, trial, and renewal
Address is $19 per month for a single user, billed monthly. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you are not charged at all.
After the trial the subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email; if a change does not suit you, cancel before it takes effect.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Charges appear on your statement under MimiJohn LLC.
4. Cancelling, and getting your money back
Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. It takes about three clicks and you do not have to ask anyone. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Within 30 days of your first payment, email refund@address.cc and we refund every cent. No questions, no argument. After 30 days, cancel any time and you simply are not billed again.
If a payment fails we will try again and email you. An account unpaid after a reasonable grace period becomes inactive — access stops, but nothing is deleted. See section 6.
5. Your data is yours
The contacts, notes, documents and history you put into Address belong to you. We do not sell them, rent them, or use them to market anything to anyone. We do not use your contact data to train anything.
We access it only when you ask us to — to fix a problem you have reported — or where the law requires it. Every such access by an operator is logged.
6. If you leave
Cancelling does not delete anything. Your data stays for 90 days after an account goes inactive, so you can come back or ask for an export. After that we may delete it permanently.
Ask for an export at any time, active or not, by emailing john@address.cc. You get your contacts and history in a spreadsheet, free.
7. Messages you send are yours
This is the important one. Address gives you tools to email and text people. You are the sender. You are responsible for having the right to contact them and for following the law where they live — including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and your local equivalents.
Address helps: it checks the recipient's local time before a text and stops sends outside 8am–8pm, it puts a working unsubscribe link and a postal address in every bulk email, and it excludes anyone who has opted out. Those are guard rails, not a guarantee. Where the app lets you override a block, the decision and its consequences are yours, and the override is recorded.
Do not use Address to send unsolicited bulk messages, anything unlawful, or anything to people who have asked you to stop. We may suspend an account being used that way.
8. Availability
We work to keep Address running and to keep backups, but it is provided as-is, without a guaranteed uptime figure. We are one small company, and promising four nines when we cannot verify it would be dishonest. If something breaks, tell us and we will fix it.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Address is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect damages.
10. Ending things
You can cancel any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is being used to harm people, or that has gone unpaid. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we will email account admins at least 30 days beforehand. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
