Questions
Can I send from my address.cc address?
Not yet. Today your address.cc address receives mail and forwards it to your inbox. Replies come from your regular email. A Premium “send as” option is coming soon.
Can I change where my mail goes?
Yes, any time from your account. We send a confirmation link to the new inbox first, and switch over when you click it.
What happens if I cancel?
Your address keeps working until the end of the period you paid for (or the end of your trial), and you won't be charged again. After that, mail to it is returned to the sender. We hold the name for 30 days in case you come back.
Can one address go to several people?
Yes. With group email, one address can forward to up to 30 people, like a wedding party or a whole team, at no extra charge. Add members from your account; each one confirms by e-mail before anything is forwarded to them, and can leave any time.
Can I have more than one address?
Yes, up to 5 per account, each with its own plan.
