Terms and acceptable use

address.cc e-mail forwarding gives you an address at address.cc that receives mail and forwards (cc’s) it to an inbox you choose. The service is receive-and-forward only: it does not send mail as your address.cc address. Replies go out from your own e-mail account. By signing up you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

• No spam and no bulk mail. Don't use your address to collect unsolicited bulk e-mail or marketing lists, don't sign it up for lists you don't control, and don't use it as a reply-to or sender address for spam or bulk mail sent from elsewhere.
• No phishing, fraud, impersonation of another person, business or government agency, malware, or anything illegal.
• Only forward to inboxes you own or are allowed to use. We confirm every inbox before forwarding starts.
• Names that are offensive, misleading, or that infringe someone else's rights may be refused or removed.

We can suspend or remove an address that breaks these rules or that harms our mail server's reputation, with or without notice. Our mail server filters spam and can reject or delete messages it judges to be spam, so we can't promise every message will be delivered.

Billing

• Plans are $10 per year or $1.99 per month per address, billed by Stripe. New addresses start with a 30-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial; it is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account; the address keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for unused time.
• If a payment fails and isn't fixed, forwarding is paused. Canceled names are held for 30 days, then may be released to someone else.

The service

The service is provided as is. Forwarding depends on the receiving provider (for example Gmail) accepting the mail, which is outside our control. We aren't liable for lost or delayed mail beyond the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
